The Client

Pinnacle Health & Wellness is a well-established health practice based in Bryanston, Johannesburg, with over 14 years of trusted care in the community. They offer an impressive range of services within their facility in Bryanston namely, biokinetics, physiotherapy, personal training, Pilates classes, HIIT classes, Wattbike sessions, Discovery Vitality assessments and sports massage.

Their team of over ten dedicated practitioners, including biokineticists, physiotherapists, and personal trainers, operates across two locations, their flagship practice at Hobart Grove Shopping Centre in Bryanston, and a newer practice at the Deloitte offices in Waterfall City.

Pinnacle’s digital presence wasn’t reflecting the quality and scale of what they were delivering in person. They needed a website that could do justice to their brand, communicate the depth of their offering, and allow patients to purchase class packages and book sessions online without friction.

The Brief

When Pinnacle came to WebStitch Design, the ask was clear but multilayered. The site needed to:

  • Represent a professional, trusted healthcare brand with visual credibility
  • Showcase their full team of practitioners with individual profiles
  • Allow customers to purchase class packages (Pilates, HIIT, and Wattbike) directly online
  • Integrate with SuperSaaS — their existing class scheduling software — so that purchasing a package triggered access to their booking system seamlessly
  • Provide a platform for educational health content through a blog
  • Work flawlessly on mobile, where the majority of their audience would be browsing
  • Support their newsletter and patient communication strategy

What We Built

WordPress Website Design & Development

The Pinnacle website was designed in WordPress, with a clean, professional aesthetic that communicates trust, health, and expertise from the first scroll. The colour palette, typography, and layout choices were all made with the healthcare context in mind.

The site is structured around the key journeys a visitor would take: learning about the services on offer, meeting the team, exploring the class schedule, purchasing a package, and getting in touch or booking. Each page was designed to guide visitors naturally toward taking action, whether that’s picking up the phone, sending a WhatsApp, or completing an online purchase.

The navigation is clear and purposeful, with dedicated pages for the team, services, classes, health insights, and contact, ensuring that no matter what brought someone to the site, they could find what they needed quickly and confidently.

Team and Studio Photography

WebStitch Design handled the full photography brief for Pinnacle, capturing individual headshots for every practitioner on the team, as well as in-practice studio shots showing the spaces, equipment, and classes in action. The photography brief was designed to be consistent across all team members, same background treatment, same lighting approach, same level of finish, so that the team page feels cohesive and polished rather than a patchwork of mismatched images taken at different times.

The studio and class photography brought the spaces to life, the Pilates studio, the HIIT training floor, the Wattbike setup, and the consulting rooms, giving prospective patients a genuine feel for what to expect before they ever walk through the door.

Online Class Package Sales

Rather than requiring patients to call the practice, come in person, or navigate a third-party system, the website was built with a fully integrated WooCommerce shop that allows visitors to browse and purchase class packages for Pilates, HIIT, and Wattbike sessions in a few simple steps.

Packages are clearly presented with relevant details, number of classes, pricing, and what’s included, making the decision easy and the checkout process frictionless. Accepting payment online also means the practice captures revenue outside of business hours, from patients who are browsing in the evening or over weekends.

SuperSaaS Integration at Purchase

The challenge was this: a patient who purchases a class package online needs to be able to book their classes immediately, without a manual step from the practice’s admin team. To solve this, we built a workflow that automatically triggers a SuperSaaS account creation and login upon successful purchase. The patient receives their login credentials as part of their post-purchase confirmation, giving them immediate access to the booking system to schedule their classes.

Health Insights Blog

A key part of Pinnacle’s long-term digital strategy is positioning the practice as a trusted source of health and wellness knowledge, not just a service provider. To support this, the website was built with a fully functional blog, titled Health Insights, that the team can update and manage independently.

The blog is designed to serve multiple purposes. It keeps the website fresh with regularly updated content, which supports search engine visibility over time. It gives the practitioners a platform to share expertise on topics their patients care about, injury prevention, rehabilitation advice, exercise guidance, and wellness tips. And it creates content that can be shared across social media and in newsletters to keep the Pinnacle community engaged between appointments.

Newsletter Integration and Email Template Design on Brevo

Pinnacle runs an active calendar of events, charity runs and cycles, Vitality Days, new class launches, and practice updates, and they needed a reliable, professional way to communicate these to their growing patient community.

We integrated the website’s newsletter signup form directly with Brevo, the email marketing platform Pinnacle uses to manage their subscriber list and send communications. The signup form, which lives on the homepage and throughout the site, captures patient details in compliance with POPIA and feeds them directly into the correct contact list in Brevo, ready for future campaigns.

Beyond the technical integration, we also designed a branded Brevo email template for the Pinnacle team to use for all outgoing communications. The template carries the same visual identity as the website, consistent logo placement, colour palette, typography, and layout, so that every email that lands in a patient’s inbox feels like a natural extension of the brand they recognise from the site.

The Result

The finished Pinnacle Health & Wellness website is a complete digital home for a practice that has spent 14 years building a reputation worth showing off. Every element, from the consistent team photography and clean service pages, to the online shop and automated SuperSaaS integration, was built with both the patient experience and the operational needs of the practice in mind.

The site communicates professionalism and trust immediately, presents the full breadth of Pinnacle’s offering clearly, and gives patients everything they need to take the next step, whether that’s purchasing a class package, booking a session, or simply understanding what to expect from their first visit.
